Refund & Exchange Policy

We do not offer refunds on any items. However, we provide a 7-day exchange policy on all non-sale items. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in its original condition.

Order Tracking

Once your package is shipped, you will receive a tracking number  to follow your order.

Missing Items or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product or a missing item, please contact us via email on the same day. We do not handle these issues through social media.

Order Modifications or Cancellations

You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, including size changes. After 24 hours, no changes can be made. For address or phone number updates, please email us.

No Refunds, Only Exchanges

Since our products are tailored just for you, we cannot accept cancellations. We have a no-refund policy, but we do offer exchanges or refunds for damaged or missing items.

Returns

You may return products if:
-They are damaged.

-They do not match the picture.

-An item is missing from your order.
Returns must be in their original packaging, unworn, and reported within 5 days of receiving your order

Non-returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:
-Customized or personalized items.
-Products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons if opened.

Customs Fees

Customers are responsible for any customs fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers will pay for return shipping.
